Creating a bedtime routine that promotes relaxation and reduces stress can help improve sleep quality. Avoiding screens and stimulating activities before bed, keeping your bedroom cool and dark, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule are all effective strategies for better sleep.

These chemicals can be found in plastics, water sources, food, clothing, cleaning products, furniture, personal care products, and electronics. It is important to read the labels of the products that we use so that we can minimize our exposure to these harmful chemicals.
To avoid these chemicals, be aware of what is in the products you purchase and choose more certified organic or natural products. Additionally, buy air and water filters for your home. These chemicals can seep into our water supply and even into the air we breathe.
